Monthly or Annual for a Parallel Dialer: What Each Term Costs
For most teams, month to month is the better first term, and the annual discount only pays once you know the dialer works. The calculator below prices every parallel dialer with a published price for the way your team actually dials, and you can switch the billing term to see each whole monthly bill both ways. This site is built and run by CallCloud, which makes the Parallel Dialer that appears in these tables; CallCloud sells it month to month at $125 a seat a month with no annual option. Among the 18 vendors in this dataset, only one, Klenty, sells no month-to-month plan at all, and one vendor, Enzo Dialer, waives its setup fee on annual plans. Those are the two facts that change the math most.
For 1 rep at 210 dials a day (4,410 a month each), on the cheapest term sold, 5+ lines: the lowest whole bill is CloudTalk at $72 a month. CallCloud is $125, 4th of 9.

Compared at five lines per rep by default, because a three-line seat is not the same seat; choose "Any" to include three- and four-line plans. Per line is the monthly bill divided by the plan's lines. Whole recurring bill per month: plan, any base seat it needs, a phone number where one is not included, and usage past the allowance. Each answered call on a per-minute meter counts as one minute, so metered bills here are a floor. Unpublished overage is modelled at 2 cents a minute and flagged. Euro prices at 1.1206 dollars (ECB, 2026-10-09), before tax. Prices read from each vendor's own pages on 2026-10-09.
Who sells which term
Of the 18 vendors in the dataset, 13 publish a price and 5 sell only on request (JustCall, Orum, Nooks, Koncert, Kixie). Of the 13 that publish prices:
- 12 sell at least one plan month to month.
- 8 sell a seat with at least 5 lines month to month: CallCloud, CloudTalk, BatchDialer, Enzo Dialer, Trellus, PowerDialer.ai, Readymode, and Salesfinity.
- 1 sells no month-to-month option: Klenty. Its Sales Dialer Pro is $80 a seat a month billed annually, and its Sales Dialer Scale is $140 a seat a month billed annually. Klenty also offers quarterly billing but does not display its per-seat price.
Two vendors that sell month to month publish no annual price for their main dialer seats: CallCloud (Parallel Dialer, $125 a seat a month, month to month only) and Salesfinity (Gold, $299 a seat a month, month to month only, advertised as cancel-anytime). Trellus sells Power + Parallel at $149.99 a seat a month with no quarterly or annual Parallel price stated.
Where an annual commitment saves, in the vendor's own numbers
Some vendors publish exactly what the annual term saves per seat. These are their figures, not this site's arithmetic:
| Vendor and plan | Month to month | Billed annually | Vendor's stated annual saving |
|---|---|---|---|
| CloudTalk Parallel Dialer add-on with Lite plan | $66 a seat a month | $58 a seat a month | $8 a seat a month, $96 a seat a year |
| PowerDialer.ai Standard Unlimited | $199 | $139 | $60 a seat a month, $720 a seat a year |
| Readymode Starter | $239 | $199 | $40 a seat a month, $480 a seat a year |
| Readymode iQ | $299 | $249 | $50 a seat a month, $600 a seat a year |
| BatchDialer Starter | $119 | $95 | $24 a seat a month, $288 a seat a year |
| BatchDialer Pro | $189 | $151 | $38 a seat a month, $456 a seat a year |
| BatchDialer Enterprise | $249 | $199 | $50 a seat a month, $600 a seat a year |
| Skipcall Starter | $75 | $60 | $15 a seat a month, $180 a seat a year |
| Skipcall Intermediate | $150 | $120 | $30 a seat a month, $360 a seat a year |
| Skipcall Expert | $280 | $210 | $70 a seat a month, $840 a seat a year |
Skipcall's plans are 4-line seats, a smaller seat than the 5-line seats the bills in the calculator use, so they are listed here rather than compared as equals.
Two vendors publish both prices but no stated saving. Enzo Dialer's Starter is $120 a seat a month month to month and $99 a seat a month billed annually. DialSheet's Pro seat is $29 a seat a month month to month and $24.17 billed annually; its $19 Parallel dialing add-on is sold month to month, so the annual term applies only to the seat the add-on runs on.
The calculator below shows the difference where it matters, in the whole monthly bill. At 210 dials a day for one rep, the cheapest term each vendor sells changes the order: Enzo Dialer drops from $120 month to month to $99 billed annually, PowerDialer.ai from $199 to $139, BatchDialer Pro from $189 to $151, and Readymode Starter from $239 to $199. Klenty appears at $81.53 billed annually, its only term.
The setup fee that an annual plan waives
Enzo Dialer charges a $250 one-time white-glove buildout fee on its month-to-month plans, with no setup fee on annual plans. This is the only setup fee in the dataset, and it changes which term is cheaper for a first rep. At 210 dials a day, the first 12 months on Enzo Dialer's month-to-month Starter, including that setup fee, come to $1,690. That figure is from the facts; the calculator breaks down every bill the same way. An annual seat avoids the $250 fee entirely, which is worth weighing against the flexibility you give up.
Every other vendor with a published price either charges no setup fee (CallCloud, CloudTalk, Readymode, Kixie) or does not state one (Klenty, Skipcall, DialSheet, BatchDialer, Mojo Dialer, Trellus, PowerDialer.ai, Salesfinity).
What an annual commitment costs if the tool does not work out
A parallel dialer fails teams in ways a demo does not reveal: connect times that lose openings, spam labels that bury pickup rates, or a fair-use ceiling that throttles heavy reps halfway through the month. When that happens on an annual plan, the money is usually gone.
- PowerDialer.ai's terms say annual service is prepaid and non-refundable, even though it advertises month-to-month cancellation.
- Salesfinity's Gold plan is monthly and cancel-anytime, but its Enterprise and Enterprise Plus plans require annual agreements.
- WAVV says charged subscription costs are nonrefundable.
- Kixie says paid periods are nonrefundable, and cancellation must be completed through its process before the next billing cycle.
- BatchDialer gives no partial refunds for unused time in an active billing period, and a refund is available only within 72 hours of the most recent subscription purchase if the account has not been used.
- Orum, whose price is on request, says pricing is per user and billed annually, and its published terms allow termination for specified cause but do not state a general cancellation-for-convenience right.
This page will not put a dollar figure on that risk, because none of these vendors publishes one. What the facts do show is the shape of the risk: on a month-to-month seat you lose at most the current billing period, while on a prepaid annual seat you can lose the full year. Set the calculator's billing term both ways and compare the whole bill before you decide which risk you are buying.
The term question, by vendor shape
- Annual-only vendors: Klenty has no month-to-month option. If you want Klenty's Sales Dialer Pro, you are committing annually at its displayed price.
- Month-to-month-only vendors: CallCloud, Salesfinity Gold, and Trellus publish no annual price for their dialer seats. You cannot buy a discount from them because they do not sell one.
- Both terms, with a published saving: CloudTalk, PowerDialer.ai, Readymode, BatchDialer, and Skipcall.
- Both terms, with a waived setup fee: Enzo Dialer, the only vendor here that waives a setup fee on annual plans.
- Price on request: JustCall, Orum, Nooks, Koncert, and Kixie, whose terms you would negotiate in the contract.
Questions
Which vendors force an annual commitment?
Only Klenty, among the 13 that publish prices: its Sales Dialer plans are billed annually with no month-to-month option. Salesfinity's Gold is monthly, but its Enterprise and Enterprise Plus plans require annual agreements. Orum, price on request, bills annually per user. The other dialers with published prices sell at least one plan month to month.
Is the annual discount big enough to justify the commitment?
Sometimes. PowerDialer.ai's stated saving is $60 a seat a month, $720 a seat a year, and BatchDialer's Pro saves $38 a seat a month, $456 a seat a year, on those vendors' own figures. CloudTalk's saving with the Lite plan is $8 a seat a month, $96 a seat a year, which is smaller against the risk of a year you cannot exit. Run your seat count and dialing volume through the calculator on both terms and see the whole bill before committing.
Does an annual plan ever come with something a monthly plan lacks?
In this dataset, yes, once: Enzo Dialer waives its $250 one-time setup fee on annual Starter and Standard plans and charges it on month-to-month ones. Every other vendor either charges no setup fee or does not state one, so elsewhere the annual term buys you a price cut and nothing else.
What happens to the money if the dialer does not work out?
On month-to-month seats, you can stop at the end of the billing period; CallCloud cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, and Salesfinity Gold is advertised as cancel-anytime. On prepaid annual seats the money is generally gone: PowerDialer.ai's terms say annual service is non-refundable, WAVV and Kixie call charged costs nonrefundable, and BatchDialer gives no partial refunds for unused time. No vendor publishes a figure for this loss, so treat the full annual amount as at risk.
How do I compare fairly when one vendor only sells annually?
Use the calculator below and set the billing term for each vendor to the cheapest term it actually sells, which is exactly what its "cheapest term" table does. At 210 dials a day, that comparison puts Klenty at $81.53 billed annually against month-to-month seats like Enzo Dialer at $120 and CallCloud, which makes this site, at $125. The bill is the same line item either way; only the exit terms differ.
