Built by CallCloud. CallCloud makes a parallel dialer, and it is in this calculator. Every other price comes from that vendor's own pricing page, linked in the table.

How Much Does a Parallel Dialer Cost per Month?

A parallel dialer costs between $72 and $299 a month per rep for the vendors that publish prices, but the number that matters is the whole monthly bill, not the sticker price on a pricing page. The calculator below prices every parallel dialer with a published price, including the plan, any base seat the plan requires, a phone number when none is included, and usage past the allowance. Set your reps, dials a day, dialing days, billing term and lines, and it shows each vendor's bill with a breakdown. A typical rep day is 210 dials; the heaviest reps run 2,000 a day, both from CallCloud's own fleet, and CallCloud makes this site, so treat its numbers as the publisher's.

Compared at five lines per rep by default, because a three-line seat is not the same seat; choose "Any" to include three- and four-line plans. Per line is the monthly bill divided by the plan's lines. Whole recurring bill per month: plan, any base seat it needs, a phone number where one is not included, and usage past the allowance. Each answered call on a per-minute meter counts as one minute, so metered bills here are a floor. Unpublished overage is modelled at 2 cents a minute and flagged. Euro prices at 1.1206 dollars (ECB, 2026-10-09), before tax. Prices read from each vendor's own pages on 2026-10-09.

Why a sticker price is not a bill

A dialer's advertised seat price is rarely what you pay. The calculator counts four things for every vendor:

  • The plan price on the term you pick.
  • Any base seat the plan requires. CloudTalk's Parallel Dialer add-on is $39 a seat a month, but it sits on a Lite plan ($27 month to month, $19 billed annually), so the real starting cost is $66 a month before anything else. Trellus, DialSheet and WAVV need another platform or account to run at all.
  • A phone number when none is included. CloudTalk includes zero numbers and charges $6 a month for a US number; DialSheet includes zero and charges $1.15 through your own Twilio account.
  • Usage past the allowance. CloudTalk's "unlimited" is fair use 10,000 minutes per user per month, and its Parallel Dialer FAQ says 5,000 for a parallel-dialing agent. Trellus meters 3,000 Bridged Minutes, then 4 cents a minute. Where a vendor publishes no overage rate, the calculator models 2 cents a minute. A per-minute meter bills each counted call as at least one minute, so metered bills are a floor.

Skipcall, DialSheet, Mojo Dialer and WAVV sell no seat with 5 or more lines, so the calculator shows them as "up to N lines per rep" rather than a bill; a three-line seat dials fewer numbers at once and is a smaller product.

What the bills look like at a typical pace and a heavy pace

At 210 dials a day, month to month where sold, one rep pays: CloudTalk $72, Klenty $81.53 (billed annually, no month to month), Enzo Dialer $120, CallCloud $125, Trellus $149.99, BatchDialer $189, PowerDialer.ai $199, Readymode $239, Salesfinity $299. CallCloud, the publisher of this site, sits in the middle here: cheaper than Trellus and everything above it, more expensive than CloudTalk, Klenty and Enzo Dialer. It is not the cheapest at this pace, plainly.

At 2,000 dials a day, the order changes. The metered and fair-use plans that looked cheap start climbing: CloudTalk's bill rises to $266.80, PowerDialer.ai to $533.80, Trellus to $819.59. The flat unlimited plans hold: Enzo Dialer stays at $120, CallCloud at $125, Klenty's Scale at $140, BatchDialer at $189, Readymode at $239. At this pace Enzo Dialer, CallCloud and Klenty are all 0.3 cents a dial, and CallCloud is second cheapest, $5 behind Enzo Dialer.

On the cheapest term each vendor sells, annual discounts shift things again: Enzo Dialer drops to $99, PowerDialer.ai to $139 at 210 dials a day, Readymode to $199. CallCloud has no annual price; it is $125 month to month or nothing.

The three inputs that move the bill most

Dials a day. This is the biggest one. Volume decides whether a flat unlimited plan or a metered plan wins. The calculator shows where each metered or cheaper plan's bill first passes CallCloud's $125: CloudTalk at about 1,285 dials a day, Klenty at about 420. Below those points the cheaper plans stay cheaper; above them, the flat $125 wins, and the heavier you dial the more it wins by.

Whether the plan meters minutes or conversations. Metered plans bill per minute, often rounded up to the next full minute, so a heavy dialer pays for every answered call and voicemail even briefly. Conversation-metered plans work differently: Skipcall's Starter includes 400 conversations, where a conversation is a call longer than 10 seconds, so ring time and short dead ends do not count. The dialing assumptions used here are 47% of dials answered by a person or a machine and 26% becoming a live conversation longer than 10 seconds, both from CallCloud's fleet.

The billing term. Month to month versus billed annually changes real money. PowerDialer.ai's Standard Unlimited is $199 month to month and $139 billed annually, $720 less a seat a year. Readymode Starter is $239 month to month and $199 billed annually, $480 less a seat a year. Klenty offers no month to month at all; every Klenty price is billed annually. If you want to walk away, term choice is as important as list price.

Where CallCloud lands

Stated plainly, since CallCloud makes this site: at 210 dials a day, CallCloud is fourth cheapest of the published 5-line bills, behind CloudTalk, Klenty and Enzo Dialer. At 600 dials a day it is third, tied with Enzo Dialer at 1.0 cents a dial. At 2,000 dials a day it is second at $125, $5 behind Enzo Dialer. For five reps at 210 dials a day each, CallCloud is $625 a month, against CloudTalk at $360 and Klenty at $407.63. Over 12 months at 210 dials a day, CallCloud is $1,500 against CloudTalk's $864. CallCloud's edge is that its unlimited calling has no fair-use ceiling and its only price is month to month; its cost is that cheaper seats exist, and at low volume they beat it.

Questions

What does the calculator actually count?

The whole monthly bill: the plan, any base seat it requires, a phone number when none is included, and usage past the allowance. Overage a vendor does not publish is modeled at 2 cents a minute, and metered bills are a floor because each counted call bills as at least one minute.

Why isn't every vendor priced?

Of the 18 vendors in the dataset, 13 publish a price and 5 (JustCall, Orum, Nooks, Koncert, Kixie) are price on request only. Skipcall, DialSheet, Mojo Dialer and WAVV publish prices but sell no seat with 5 or more lines, so they are shown as smaller seats instead of bills.

How much does the team size change things?

The bill scales per rep for most vendors: five reps at 210 dials a day each run from CloudTalk at $360 to Salesfinity at $1,495 a month. Some vendors add seat minimums on top, such as JustCall's two and Orum's nine.

Does annual billing always save money?

Usually, but not always by the same amount, and some vendors give no choice. PowerDialer.ai saves $60 a seat a month billed annually, while Klenty's prices are annual only. CallCloud offers no annual term at all, so there is no CallCloud annual discount to weigh.

What if my reps dial much more than 210 a day?

Then flat unlimited plans tend to win. At 2,000 dials a day, CloudTalk's bill grows to $266.80 and Trellus to $819.59, while Enzo Dialer holds at $120 and CallCloud at $125. Dial pace is the single input that most changes which vendor is cheapest.
