When a Metered Parallel Dialer Beats a Flat Seat, and When It Doesn't
A metered dialer is cheaper only if you dial slowly. The calculator below prices every parallel dialer with a published price on its whole monthly bill, and the pattern it shows is blunt: a metered plan starts cheaper and gets more expensive with every dial, while a flat seat costs the same whether a rep dials 100 numbers a day or 2,000. This site is built and run by CallCloud, whose Parallel Dialer is one of the plans in these tables, so read the numbers with that in mind and check them yourself.
For 1 rep at 100 dials a day (2,100 a month each), month to month where sold, 5+ lines: the lowest whole bill is CloudTalk at $72 a month. CallCloud is $125, 4th of 9.

Compared at five lines per rep by default, because a three-line seat is not the same seat; choose "Any" to include three- and four-line plans. Per line is the monthly bill divided by the plan's lines. Whole recurring bill per month: plan, any base seat it needs, a phone number where one is not included, and usage past the allowance. Each answered call on a per-minute meter counts as one minute, so metered bills here are a floor. Unpublished overage is modelled at 2 cents a minute and flagged. Euro prices at 1.1206 dollars (ECB, 2026-10-09), before tax. Prices read from each vendor's own pages on 2026-10-09.
Dialer Cost's calculator prices the whole bill, not the headline price: the plan, any base seat it requires, a phone number when none is included, and usage past the allowance. Use it to test your own team's pace.
The Answer Depends on Your Dials per Day
The bills below are for one rep, month to month where the vendor sells it that way, at four paces: 100, 210, 600 and 2,000 dials a day. The assumptions behind them come from CallCloud's own fleet: a typical rep day is 210 dials, the heaviest reps run 2,000 a day, 21 dialing days a month, 47% of dials answered by a person or a machine, and 26% becoming a live conversation longer than 10 seconds.
| Plan | 100/day | 210/day | 600/day | 2,000/day |

*Klenty's figures at 600 and 2,000 dials a day are for Sales Dialer Scale, its unlimited plan, because Pro's 2,000-minute allowance runs out.
Read the column, not the row. At 100 dials a day, the cheapest metered plans sit well under the flat seats. At 2,000 dials a day, the flat seats sit at the top of the table and the metered ones have climbed past them.
The Crossover Points
Two metered or cheaper plans pass CallCloud's flat $125 seat as the pace rises:
- CloudTalk: about 1,285 dials a day. Below that pace, CloudTalk's Parallel Dialer add-on plus its required Lite plan bills less than $125 a month. Above it, fair-use overage on the add-on's minutes pushes the bill past $125, reaching $266.80 at 2,000 dials a day.
- Klenty: about 420 dials a day. Below that, Sales Dialer Pro, billed annually, is cheaper, at $81.53 for a 210-dial day. Above it, Pro's 2,000-minute allowance is exhausted, the bill moves to Sales Dialer Scale at $140, and Klenty stays above $125 at every pace shown.
The other flat seats never cross, because they never move. Enzo Dialer's Starter bills $120 at every pace, $5 under CallCloud all the way up. CallCloud's own seat is $125 at every pace. BatchDialer Pro holds $189, Readymode Starter holds $239, Salesfinity Gold holds $299 within its 10,000-dials-a-month fair-use ceiling. Those are the terms, not the dialing pace, that set their bills.
Being fair about it: for a light dialer, both CloudTalk and Klenty bill less than CallCloud, and CloudTalk stays cheaper all the way to about 1,285 dials a day, Klenty to about 420. If your reps dial below those paces, those two plans are the cheaper buys. CallCloud does not claim otherwise, and neither should a comparison that only shows the flat seats' column.
Why a Metered Bill Grows With Every Dial
Three mechanics push a metered bill upward on each dial, not just each conversation:
- Answered calls count. Klenty bills credits from the moment a call is answered or reaches voicemail; unanswered calls are free. But 47% of dials are answered by a person or a machine in CallCloud's fleet data, so nearly half of every rep's dials bill something.
- Voicemail answers bill too. A machine answering the phone still triggers answer supervision and a charge on a per-minute meter. Klenty's credits start at answer or voicemail; PowerDialer.ai says a voicemail answer can trigger a one-minute charge on its unlimited plan.
- Per-call rounding. A per-minute meter bills each counted call as at least one minute. CloudTalk rounds outbound duration up to the next full minute; PowerDialer.ai rounds calls up to full minutes and applies a one-minute minimum on answer supervision. A 12-second voicemail bills a full minute.
Stack those three and the metered bill is a floor, not an estimate: the calculator's method says as much, because a per-minute meter bills each counted call as at least one minute, and any overage a vendor does not publish is modelled at 2 cents a minute. CloudTalk's Parallel Dialer FAQ caps a parallel-dialing agent's fair use at 5,000 minutes a month; Klenty's Sales Dialer Pro includes 2,000 minutes a seat a month and then charges about 2.1 cents a minute.
That is why CloudTalk's bill sits flat at $72 through 600 dials a day and then jumps to $266.80 at 2,000, and why Klenty's goes from $81.53 at 210 dials to $140, on the Scale plan, at 600 and above. Pace is the variable a metered vendor prices.
Term Discounts Change the Picture
Billed annually, the cheaper terms shift some rows. At 210 dials a day: Enzo Dialer Starter drops to $99, PowerDialer.ai Standard Unlimited drops to $139, BatchDialer Pro drops to $151, Readymode Starter drops to $199. Klenty has no month-to-month option at all; its displayed prices are per seat per month, billed annually. CallCloud's Parallel Dialer is month to month only, at $125, with no annual term. The calculator lets you switch terms and see each bill rebuilt.
Over a first year, the totals tell the same story: at 210 dials a day, one rep on month-to-month terms pays $864 with CloudTalk, $978.32 with Klenty (its annual billing), $1,500 with CallCloud, $2,268 with BatchDialer and $3,588 with Salesfinity. Klenty's $978.32 reflects 12 monthly bills plus the difference its annual term makes against a month-to-month price it does not sell.
Smaller Seats, Fairly Excluded
The bills above are for a seat with at least 5 lines dialing at once, because a three-line seat dials fewer numbers at once and is a smaller product. Skipcall and DialSheet sell up to 4 lines per rep; Mojo Dialer and WAVV sell up to 3. They are not compared against 5-line seats as if equal. Their smaller plans are listed in their own section of the calculator, with prices such as Skipcall Starter at $75 a seat a month month to month and Mojo's Triple Line Dialer at $149 with its required Agent Access license. Five vendors, JustCall, Orum, Nooks, Koncert and Kixie, publish no price without a quote.
Questions
Is a metered or an unlimited parallel dialer cheaper?
It depends entirely on pace. Below about 420 dials a day, Klenty's Sales Dialer Pro bills less than a $125 flat seat; below about 1,285 dials a day, CloudTalk's add-on does. Above roughly 1,300 dials a day, a flat seat such as Enzo Dialer's Starter at $120 or CallCloud's at $125 is cheaper than every metered plan in the tables.
Where exactly does my metered bill pass a flat seat?
Klenty passes CallCloud's $125 at about 420 dials a day, when Pro's 2,000-minute allowance runs out. CloudTalk passes it at about 1,285 dials a day, when fair-use overage starts billing. Set your team's actual dials-per-day in the calculator and watch which row crosses.
Why does my metered bill grow even when reps mostly hit voicemail?
Voicemail answers trigger answer supervision, so they bill on a per-minute meter, and each counted call rounds up to at least one full minute. With 47% of dials answered by a person or machine, per CallCloud's fleet data, that is a lot of one-minute charges that never become a conversation.
Are the flat seats really flat?
Mostly. Enzo Dialer Starter, CallCloud Parallel Dialer, BatchDialer Pro and Readymode Starter bill the same at every pace in the tables. But "unlimited" often carries fine print: PowerDialer.ai's terms state a 3,000-minute fair-use limit, CloudTalk's FAQ gives a parallel-dialing agent 5,000 minutes, and Salesfinity caps unlimited at 10,000 dials per user per calendar month. Read the fine print before you count on flat.
What if I only have one or two light dialers?
CloudTalk at $72 and Klenty at $81.53 a seat, at 210 dials a day, are the cheapest published bills in the tables for a single light rep. If your pace might grow, note that Klenty has no month-to-month option and CloudTalk's crossover arrives at about 1,285 dials a day, and price the year, not the month, in the calculator.
